Our exchange and return policy was created to ensure transparency and security in all purchases made on our website.

Request deadline

You can request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

Conditions for exchange or return

For an exchange or return to be accepted, the product must show no signs of use, be in perfect condition, and include all originally sent items, including packaging and accessories.

Prescription lens products

Eyeglasses with prescription lenses are custom products, manufactured according to the information provided by the customer.

For this reason, we do not allow exchanges or returns due to remorse in these cases.

Exchanges will only be made in situations of manufacturing defects or assembly errors related to the provided prescription.

Non-prescription products

Non-prescription glasses can be exchanged or returned within the legal period, provided they meet the conditions described above.

Defective product

If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our team for analysis and guidance. If the defect is confirmed, we will perform the exchange at no additional cost.

To request an exchange or return, please contact us through our service channels, providing the order number and the reason for the request.

Shipping for exchanges and returns

In cases of defects or order errors, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the store.

In other cases, shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Refund

After receiving and analyzing the product, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used for the purchase.
